Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The views are extraordinary, sunset right off the backdeck..Our host was fast to respond to questions and very helpful. "The house is clean, equipped, and exactly what I expected. The price is very good and saved us a lot of money over hotels for this many people. The location is not as nice as we were hoping for, it is near a train yard, and car wash. That said, we felt safe, and only heard trains occasionally. It did not disturb our sleep. It did not feel skanky at all, just a little different location than I was expecting. There were four queen sized beds, we didn’t look for where they are counting the other...

"I gave check-in process only 3 stars, NO fault of the host. It is a VRBO app and technical issues. The host immediately corrected it and helped me with check-in. Host made up for the tech issues on behalf of VRBO, very friendly and responsive."

"A very convient and beautiful place we have been staying at. It was nice and clean, and a very beautiful home. With the amount of times we dray here it has become our home away from home."

"This place offers all that you need for a brief stay in Wayne. The history of the property is interesting and the decorating is homey. Location is perfect and convenient for walking down the Main Street. The hosts are accommodating and offer good communication."

"Property was as described and right in the heart of Sgt. Bluff. Easy process of checking in and excellent communication with Owner. Fenced yard for dogs was a plus! "

" Fall 2024- This was our first stay in a tiny house, and it exceeded all expectations! Stephanie thought of everything, making the interior feel cozy and welcoming. The trails around the property were perfect for our dog, who gives it a 5/5 stars! We were lucky enough to catch a starry night with a harvest moon while relaxing in the hot tub – truly magical. We also took a great day trip to Ponca State Park. If you’re in town, be sure to stop by The Outlaw Pizza. Their cheesecake is delicious,...
