"The property is older, has smaller rooms, worn public spaces and not special but charges like it’s the a brand new Ritz or Four seasons. It does not deserve the four stars. "

"Gordon and Netty were incredibly welcoming, and I was glad they handled my check-in. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and close to so many walkable shops. The rooftop restaurant staff, however, were not as friendly. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and I will definitely return when staying in Georgetown."

"Fine to stay for a couple of days, would not return again. Location was the best part. The rooms are spacious, but not the cleanest. Stayed three nights and room was never cleaned either. Some staff were friendly, others were not. Received sighs and annoyed looks just approaching the desk for a question. Would not recommend. "

"The property is located near a number of embassies but conveniently walkable to other attractions. Light or continental breakfast and coffee were available daily. While there is no gym on site, the property has an arrangement with Golds gym which is a short drive or perfect walk for a warmup. The parking is a bit complicated due to the location but not impossible. There’s also valet available.The rooms are older but clean. Lighting was dim but the biggest issue was the temperature. It was cold...
