I have had a variety of rental properties, but this one greatly exceeded my expectations. The ease of check-in was outstanding! The cleanliness of the property was remarkable, reflecting the considerable care devoted to its maintenance. It is equipped with an extensive range of amenities, exceeding what one might typically expect. The property was abundantly supplied with towels, numerous extra pillows, pots, pans and all the additional kitchen amenities you could want. It provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay, creating a sense of receiving exceptional service.While there is a parking garage at the rear of the property, I opted not to utilize it due to the ample availability of street parking. My inquiries to Jasmine were addressed promptly, demonstrating her commitment to customer service. Moreover, the owner, Janet, is incredibly sweet and accommodating, making a clear effort to ensure that every guest feels at home.I wholeheartedly recommend this property, as it will not disappoint. I eagerly anticipate my next visit!

This property was amazingly beautiful. They prepared for everything. The kitchen (Plates, cutlery, and snacks) and the Bathroom (towels, tissues) were fully stocked and made the trip very easy. The only gripe, if I had one, was that we had our parents, aged 71 and 68, and they had to navigate the flights of stairs.All in all the was a great property in an up and coming neighborhood.

Wonderful property excellence Stay!!!

I just can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. The neighborhood is up and coming but the property itself is absolutely gorgeous everything was perfect the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had a couple of questions she answered them almost immediately using the VRBO app. I will definitely stay here again. My highest recommendation.

Wonderful stay

Went to DC with a group of 6. My wife and I and our 4 kids aged 27 to 19. This house was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were great size. The beds were comfortable. There was a huge snack basket left, which was awesome. The house was close to several metro stations. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect VRBO

This property is large, remodeled and fabulous. It was in impeccable condition and welcoming upon our arrival. We had no issues with street parking and the location is safe, quiet, and close to everything. The beds are perfect after our long days sightseeing. The owner stocked a new keurig coffee pot that did not work upon arrival , and replaced it within the hour of us notifying them during a snow storm. This place and experience gets a perfect score.

Week in DC

Very nice accommodations and having a parking space was quite convenient. Well-supplied, very clean, and comfortable. There was construction going on across the alley which began early morning but that will be short-term and had nothing to do with this property. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely property close to H street & Union Market, but construction was a bit noisy.

Overall, this property was great for a girls weekend in DC! We wanted a place in a more residential area, but close enough to get to various things we wanted to do. We were able to walk down to Union Market for breakfast, walk down to H street for the festival, etc. The property was very clean, they have coffee, tea, and pastries available, and plenty of amenities you’d expect at a hotel. The place felt like a home away from home. However, one downside is there is construction happening behind the property and it was quite loud early in the morning, even on Saturday, so we couldn’t really sleep in. Also, the room with the bunk beds has a sunlight which makes it difficult for someone who is not an early morning person to sleep in as well. Probably great for kids to sleep in, but not adults after a night out on the town. But, overall, we would consider staying here again.

Wonderful Ambience!

The property looks as if it's been fully renovated quite recently. Everything was neat and clean and thoughtfully arranged. The Capitol and museums were just 10/15 minutes away. We would stay there again.

Perfect for a work trip

We booked and stayed at the property for a work trip for police week. The property was easily accessible with off street parking. The unit was very nice and clean. Nice extra touch of having snacks and refreshments after driving 12 hours to get there and not having time to get to a grocery store. Having coffee as our fingertips was a godsend. Uptown Market was a short walk away and had great food. The unit is about a mile walk to the NoMa Metro station, which we used every day we were in town. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Everything we needed was provided (sheets/towels/TP/soap/etc) Thanks for everything! We enjoyed our stay very much.
