This 34 m² studio has been designed to make everyday life easier. The living area features a sofa bed, an armchair and a double bed, creating the perfect conditions for unwinding after an active day. The practical kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher and oven, allows you to prepare home-cooked meals hassle-free at any time of day. The living room opens onto a private balcony, which is the perfect spot for a morning coffee. The flat is completed by a functional bathroom with a shower and washing machine, which is particularly useful during longer stays in the capital.

Warsaw is a vibrant city, and Mokotów offers a perfect blend of urban infrastructure and recreational areas. Pole Mokotowskie Park, which is ideal for walks and outdoor activities, is just a 10-minute drive away. Meanwhile, it takes about 15 minutes’ drive to reach the historic Łazienki Królewskie palace and park complex. Staying in this part of the capital offers easy access to Warsaw’s attractions and green spaces.
