"Very friendly staff. Close proximity to the port. Okay hotel for a 1-2 night stay, I would not stay longer than two nights. The hotel may not have control, however, the smell of sewer was very strong in the room. Had to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent the smell from permeating the room. The elevators were very dirty, not sure how often they’re cleaned."

"It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay.
Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. "

"We had an excellent stay at this property! The house was spotless, cozy and really well equipped with lots of attention to detail. Very comfortable beds too. The host was friendly and responsive, also providing a welcome folder with lots of useful information about the house and the surrounding area. We thoroughly recommend this property!"
