"We had one of the best, most beautiful and relaxing vacations enjoying the most stunning views. The layout of the house and courtyard were perfect, and worked great for us and our dogs. Terry and Ann are wonderful hosts. We are so very thankful that they share this amazing property!! We look forward to visiting again soon."

"We had the most perfect family reunion at this beautiful lodge home! Claudia was lovely to work with and communicated so well. Every detail and need was provided for at the home, including amenities we were so pleasantly surprised by. Its an amazing home to enjoy. We highly recommended it!"

"Four of us were visiting Ben and sisters and stayed in this beautiful home at Black Butte Ranch. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms were at opposite ends of the house, so there was no noise. The kitchen was well equipped.We ate at the restaurant in the lodge and it was wonderful. We had a blizzard during our visit and enjoyed sitting inside watching the snow come down.Would definitely stay here again."

"This house is in the most beautiful setting, nestled in a hillside with an amazing view of a meadow. The house was clean and comfortable and provided a relaxing getaway for our family. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor space. We will definitely be returning to this property. "

"We had a great time! What a cool place in the world! We met a lot of nice people and really enjoyed walking through the Tollgate community with our dogs. We were sad to leave. "

"Wow! This was a great place for our family reunion. We couldn't believe how well equipped the kitchen was and how gorgeous the place both inside and out. Love our comfortable beds, excellent showers and bathrooms and spacious livingroom. The pictures don't do it justice!"

"The house was in a great location. Plenty if sleeping arrangements. Good beds. Pretty well stocked with essentials. Hot tub worked, but was only for 2people at a time. Great deck space. Deer wandering around in evening and morning. Just a couple minor housekeeping things and the biggest thing that kept it from getting 5 stars was that the oven did not work. This was a bummer as my family diner plans meant using the oven. We made do with the microwave and the toaster oven. Had a great time...

"Our annual summer getaway to BBR was another wonderful vacation for the books and a large part of that is credit to finding the perfect house for our group! With a group of eight which included three 20 yr olds and three 17 yr olds, this house allowed for multiple places to hangout and relax.
