  • Cozy, quaint, artsy cottage in the heart of Warm Springs. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, galleries, trails, spa, the Warm Springs Pools and more! 5 mile drive to The Homestead Resort. Begin your day with coffee on the glass porch, among the treetops while listening to the clock-tower chime the hour and end it with sunsets around the fire pit before enjoying amazing stargazing. Take the walking tour down Germantown Road beginning at the Waterwheel and visit the Bath County Historical society. Convenient centralized location. Enjoy the charm of the claw foot tub and farmhouse sink. You’ll get a true taste of nostalgia and cottage mountain living! Queen bedroom and single bedroom share a door. Can be closed and used as two bedrooms or opened and used as a suite. Roll away bed is available.

The Lavender Hill Cottage is an oasis of tranquility and comfort. The bed was so comfortable and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Sitting on the patio at night and stargazing- just perfect.

We enjoyed our girls trip so much. Walked around the Homestead, bathed in the warm springs, and dinner at the water wheel. Lots of talking around the table and while lounging in the livingroom.

The cottage is filled with history and care. Pam was wonderful in accommodating us and we couldn’t fill happier with all the memories we’ve built at this place.
