"Charming cottage in Warm Springs. Very close to area attractions of interest to me: village of Warm Springs, Douthat State Park for day visit/hiking, activities at The Homestead. So nice to have privacy of a cottage with full kitchen and laundry. Very comfortable space for me and my beloved Shih Tzu for a mountain vacation!"

"We recently stayed at this house in Marlinton for a week, while bicycling and exploring the Greenbrier River Trail. Marlinton is about midway along the trail, making access to all parts of the trail easier. The house has been completely upgraded from its original role as a home to a family, probably connected to the logging or mining activities of a century ago. Doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, etc have all been replaced, along with all the appliances, so that the house feels very modern...

"Beautiful rustic location on a mountain river. Everything provided for rafting, kayaking, or fishing—or just relaxing and enjoying the views. Perfect location for motorcycle riding the “Back Roads Discovery Route” with winding country roads and challenging Forest Service trails. Easy parking for our trailers. Fire pit to finish off the evenings with a campfire by the river. Great hosts with easy self check in."

"What a great property!! I just completed the entire Greenbrier River Trail in two days and this was a great spot to stay middle of the trail. Restaurants and in walking distance. House was cozy and had all the amenities one could need. Patricia was great to work with!! Would highly recommend staying here!!"

"If you need a place in beautiful Bath County, this cottage is a great choice! Pretty much all we needed was available to us, and the layout of the cottage is perfect for hanging out with family. "Great house and location! Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Warm Springs. Our elderly Lab loved cooling her paws in the brook running through the front yard. Great restaurant within walking distance. Short drive to Warm Springs Pools. Hot Springs and the Homestead just down the road. Would definitely stay again."
