"Excellent location. Yes its a resort, but once you step foot out of the doors, it feels like your among the locals, which was great. "Kontiki doesn’t have air conditioning in the main rooms. Hotel is under construction so there was banging and trucks making noise . They are having an issue with the sewage system so there was a terrible smell. Manager was not helpful at all. Cleaning staff and other workers were pleasant and ..."

"Pool areas were dirty with cups and trash people left behind. No one was walking around cleaning during the day. When staff were around they were super helpful. Staffing seemed very limited Rooms were showing wear and tear."
