"I actually booked this hotel because of it being close to the SkyTree and across the street from the Subway/Train line. My daughters and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean and the room was pretty. I wish I was able to book a bigger room, but I assume those fill up fast. It was myself and my 17 and 8 year old. "Close to train station. Big room, nice bathroom. Beds were a little hard.. costs about 1000 yen to keep your luggage there before you check in or you can sign up for the free membership and pay about half the cost. Free drink machine in the lobby. The hotel workers speak good English! The customer service was good but for a couple extra dollars a night I would stay closer to Disney. "

"Great Place to stay and it’s close to the Train Station. And they let us check in earlier when the room is available. The Staffs are very friendly and helpful as well. Room is neat, clean and has no any problem whatsoever. Will definitely come back to this Hotel again in the future. "
