"I was pleasantly surprised with my room, the beautiful bathroom. It was a lovely, very comfortable stay. A convenient walk to Jefferson outpatient center, was easy and safe. Then I returned for continental breakfast which was more than adequate. I loved the vegan cranberry cookie. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. "Booked a suite for a short family vacation. Everything looked fine at first, but then by late night, it became clear that our stay will be ruined. The hotel is located on a very busy street with a bus stop right under the windows. We were surprised to find out that there are big gaps running around the windows which allow for most of the outside noise to penetrate the suite. "Great spot to be, great location, amazing staff, and nice hotel. However our room had the ac broken and had a night sleeping with the heat pumping through making it 88 degrees all night. Absolutely dreadful. The system wouldn't even allow us to turn it off. In the morning we let them know and they fixed it promptly. But it was one of the most uncomfortable nights. "
