"Our weekend cabin stay was wonderful. The safe neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Its location near nature and the city was just perfect. The cozy cabin was clean and comfy. We loved Gambrill State Park and downtown Frederick didn't disappoint as well."

Great location for a family gathering to bike, visit the battlefield or visit Shepherdstown. Hosts went above and beyond to be sure we had all we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Love this place! Clean, off the road a little, quiet area. She definitely made a smaller house feel like there’s a bit of room! Comfy king bed in one room (the other room had a queen bed which my son slept on). Nice size comfortable couch for the living room. "

"We had a fabulous weekend getaway. The property was gorgeous. We enjoyed the green space and croquet, the pool, the hot tub, the fire, and hiking. Juanita is lovely. She’s available if you need her but doesn’t overshadow. We also enjoyed meeting other guests, but you control your level of interaction. Would definitely come back again. "

"Loved the view off of the deck...just beautiful! Our girls enjoyed canoeing, swimming, and fishing (sunfish, bass & perch). The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to our needs and questions. Location is close to Gettysburg (10-15 min) and there's a nearby grocery store for shopping. Excellent place to get away on a family vacation, especially if you love the beauty of the outdoors! "
