"Amazing!! Absolutely beautiful home! Clean and everything we needed for our stay! Perfect location! Steps down to the lake with shallow water. Was able to park and achor our jet skis. The water was a little low to park at the docks. We had the best time here and would definitely stay again! "

"We stayed for 3 days and the condo was super nice, when arrived the first thing we noticed was how clean the place was. Someone had taken our parking space but the owner or person in charged helped us even though it was super late. The response was fast and efficient. The condo was super cold so no complaints in that department as it was extremely hot outside during the day. "

"This property is a must!! Everything was beautiful and as seen online. My daughter and I were only 15 minutes from family in the area. The pool was so refreshing after a hot Florida day. Once the sun went down the hot tub wa perfect for stress relief. Each room has a very big King size bed. The bathrooms were very clean and neat. Beautiful and very clean living room and dining room. "The house and property were in excellent shape. The pool was a definite PLUS, clean with nice sitting area poolside. The only negative was there could have been more dishes and a larger coffee pot for a place rated for 9 people. Otherwise, it was excellent!"

"We stayed for a week and had a blast. Great property with the best beach area on Kingsley Lake. House is fully stocked with everything you could need and is huge! We will definitely be back!"

"Claudia's townhouse was perfect for me and by 9 year old daughter. Very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Claudia was super communicative and helpful. We had a lovely week there."

"The property was clean and very serviceable. The area outside the unit was a little messy but it didn’t impact our stay. Communication with the manager was really good and the price was reasonable. "

"Loved this quiet and spacious property! With a yummy donut place across the street and lots of outside space, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Hosts were very responsive, even with a question we had late in the evening. Safe and quiet, but close to activities and dining. "

"Fabulous house right around the corner from 34th St and University Ave., though you would think you're out in the country. The large backyard opens to large pond (hence the name). You can't even see the house next door, and you can barely see the one across the pond, so it very much feels like you have the entire pond to yourself. We saw numerous animals during our stay--a five foot alligator, deer, raccoons, armadillos, frogs, cranes, etc. The house is large, comfortable, and well-stocked. The...
