"The hotel is good and the staff is friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The problem we had was with our welcome to the hotel. We travelled by train to Heidelberg and did not have a lot of control over when we got to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm ..."
