"This property was perfect! Everything was so welcoming and inviting. It was especially nice to be so close to the Concordia campus. After moving my new Cobber into the dorms, I was able to have a few days to still be close to her for last minute "emergencies" while we both adjusted to her being on her own. Thank you so much for helping us ease through this transition!"

"The penthouse is in a perfect location to spend some time exploring downtown Fargo where there are many restaurants and shops to explore. The rooftop hot tube was very nice after a day shopping. Check in was easy and communication was great. We would stay here again."

"The Baywood property was absolutely perfect for our WYSONODAKCOAZ get-together!! Easy access from I-94, great location, and quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our group; the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Noah was responsive to any questions/concerns. A great experience for me, personally, as I am VRBO newbie. Kudos!!"

"The home is beautiful, clean, and very well-stocked with conveniences! The yard was not yet landscaped because it is so new, and there isn't a deck yet. The furniture is all new, also. It is beautiful furniture, but much too large for the space. My family enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again!"

"We had a very nice stay at this townhouse in Fargo. The location is outstanding—close to shopping and activities, as well as downtown, making it very convenient. The property was clean, comfortable, and accurately described.If there was anything that wasn’t quite a “5,” it would be the limited selection of cooking/baking pans and basic kitchen items (like a hand mixer or storage containers for leftovers). For a short stay or vacation, this may not matter, but for a longer stay it can make...

"This is a lovely home! The hosts have thought of everything! From toiletries to dog treats. We traveled with our two dogs, so the fenced in yard was a huge plus. The kitchen is set up perfect for cooking if you prefer to eat in. Check in was simple. The host has a detailed property guide which I loved! We would absolutely stay again."
