"Apartment was a great alternative to hotels downtown. While its location is what drew me to it, the apartment itself was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay downtown. "

"The studio apartment was great! However if you are looking for a quiet place this might not work for you! The alley seems to be an area where people tend to congregate and the windows overlook the area! Otherwise it was great!"

"Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is spacious and very cozy. We just needed a place for one night and it was so much better than getting a hotel. And cheaper than getting 3 rooms. We loved relaxing there. The beds are comfortable, too. We will definitely book here again. a "

"Owner was very fast at responding and even offered to help with one of the pull out beds because of how it needed to be set up. Was as advertised, mostly. Hot tub was more of a jacuzzi bathtub. Only issues were the toilet not working right, and the Internet didn’t work"

"The house is great, lots of room and things for the little kids to do. We did find some "debris " from previous people left uncleaned. We put some chemicals in the hot tub so we could use it and then had to leave early for a family emergency. Overall, the stay was very good. "

"Loved the historic craftsman woodwork, decorations and size. Spacious with big table and sitting area. Appreciated kitchen stocked with dishes & utensils. A fresh coat of paint and thorough cleaning would really bring the rating up. Limited places to park on street, parking ramp across from building, which seems to be hangout for sketchy characters. Wouldn’t feel comfortable alone but fine with family. Check in a bit chaotic, but overall it was comfortable last minute option. "

"The home is beautiful, clean, and very well-stocked with conveniences! The yard was not yet landscaped because it is so new, and there isn't a deck yet. The furniture is all new, also. It is beautiful furniture, but much too large for the space. My family enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again!"
