"We 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore this stunning part of NZ. Our only regret is not having more time to utilise the kayaks and take in the sights of the river.The house is very modern and comfortable and where very surprised with a well stocked fridge of homemade goodies for our breakfast the next day. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive to any questions and requests.Would love to return here soon. "

"Great location, close to beach and cafes, very tidy room and well equipped kitchen, only downfall I would mention was there was construction in opposite building directly outside our balcony and spanned one side of the entire property that was very noisy and they where pouring tar (or something very Similar) which smelt very bad and we had to keep all doors closed as the smell would become unbearable, we would not have booked if we knew this level of construction was happening outside our...

"This Bach was handy. Could walk everywhere . Everything was like 2mins away. The beach,a dairy, supermarket mall even z and mcds . Kids loved it. The place was nice and cozy and perfect for our needs. A nice little modernized Bach. Had all the necessities. The Host is easy to communicate with and even let me bring an extra child in to staybon the last night no extra charge.
I will definitely save this as a favorite place and will definitely stay here again. Papamoa is a lovely place..
