"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"I wouldn’t call this place a hotel. It’s a big house that turned into a guest house. Room was really small. Reception working only 9-5. Parking outside is impossible. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Very disappointing."

"This was a fantastic place to stay for my quick trip to the city. Only steps away from the BART and an easy walk to the Orpheum Theater. Room was very clean. I read one review the described the decor as spartan. But to me, it felt fresh and uncluttered. High ceilings, white/painted exposed brick, updated bathroom fixtures. I didn’t use the gym or partake in breakfast, so can’t speak to that. I definitely would return-it’s a lovely simple room and an excellent value."

"My deluxe room was supposed to go to the pool, but it's a scam, they don't have rooms with access to the pool. He's just a little closer than the others. Breakfast was supposed to be included, in fact I paid about $50 each. My husband and I were given a voucher for $10 for breakfast, but the cafe is expensive, the breakfast was about $70 for three, minus vouchers $10+$. By the way, they didn't give my child a voucher. In general, according to the conditions, breakfast should have been included...

"Have stayed is several of the small and cheap shared bathroom places in San Francisco this was clearly the best maintained and clean. The room was clean and well put together, the bathrooms were clean, and available. No elevator. Parking is the biggest problem. I got lucky on a side street but it is very tricky between Market Sreet having no parking from 2am-4am and most of the side streets being pretty parked up. Great access to BART and Street Cars."
