"Perfect place for big group of 16. We have rented this place twice now and have had a great time both stays! Has everything for a big grout of guys or a few families. Everything is just nice enough to not worry about breaking something. Pool is too cold for October though. A heated pool would make the place even better. We will probably be back a some point."

"We were a small high school in need of a property for a leadership retreat and this one was a great, budget friendly option for our group of 16. All of our students had a great time and enjoyed the lake access and the game room. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The check in and check out process were simple and the property manager Francesca was very prompt and helpful in replying to all our questions. Thanks for a great stay! "

"Home was very clean and much nicer than the pictures show. Exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was amazingly stocked. We cook a lot and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our party of 9 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and great room with queen bunks for the kids. Home well maintained with amazing views from the decks. Lots of outdoor seating and tables. "We had a great stay at this home. Mandy was immediately available to answer a couple of questions that came up both before our stay and during. We bring our large truck and wakesurf boat to the lake every year. We usually are at Tsasdi because of location, but we all voted that we will return here in the future. "The Peaceful Cottage was very comfortable, extremely clean, and well appointed. After driving on the I-5 all day, it was a cool respite in the heat on my journey. I really liked the little yard for my dog. I only stayed one night but it is close to Redding and Shasta lake dam which was pretty to see in the evening. There are a few restaurants in Shasta Lake town but many more options in nearby Redding. Overall, it was a very nice night's stay."

"Our second year enjoying this great property! The new tub in the master bathroom is the bomb! We brought two boats, a mule and three trucks. All was able to neatly fit around this property. Easy access to Sugarloaf Marina. House amenities work for our family. The deck is perfect for stargazing and satellite watching! Will be back next year!
