"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"RoW was a delightful exoerience. Out of all of the options we found this was the most representative of the history involving Rotterdam's maritime history. The Owner provided phenomenal communication, answering all questions in detail and throughly. She also privided us with an account of the work done on the Wilhemina and scrumptious breakfasts!"

"This hotel is crisp and clean with warm efficient service at reception, and delicious coffee in the lobby. The location was perfect, right next door to the train station, and within an easy walk or tram ride from most attractions/neighbourhoods we wanted to visit within the city. There is currently construction taking place on the building right next door, but the sound proofing of the hotel is so good that we didn't hear anything.
