"We had the best long weekend! The home was gorgeous and very very clean. It was decorated beautifully. It was stoked with all essentials. The hostess was so kind and so easy to communicate with. We rented a boat at Nick’s. We had a great day on the lake. We will definitely be back!"

"Terrific house! Minutes from Rough River Lake boat ramp and state park. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby also. well equipped kitchen and grill made cooking easy. There is a path that leads down to the water. No dock, but we were able to tie our boat up and leave overnight with no issues."

"We loved this place! Relaxing on the screened in porch was the absolute best. We loved hanging out on the dock and taking kayaks out on the water too. "

"We came to the area for the weekend to spend some time with our adult children before one of them left the state for a new job. The home was the most clean VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host was responsive and so helpful. We will definitely be returning to this home!"

"Wonderful property with great amenities. The beds were so comfortable and and the included games were an Amazing little gift. We had 4 teenage boys, my daughter and myself for 3 nights. Everything you need to cook. Just know that it is about 25 minutes to the nearest grocery store. There is an Amish farmers stand about 15 minutes away with really great priced fresh produce."

"This is a really nice home on a beautiful piece of property. The large deck is a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the view. The living area gave the kids plenty of space to play. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our granddaughter is already asking to go back!"

We especially loved the visits from the chickens, deer, and the owners’ sweet dogs. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, sharing the history of the property along with their inspiring vision for the future. This was such a relaxing and refreshing experience, and we left feeling truly recharged. Highly recommend!"

"Had a great time at their house. They were very communicative and check in and out was very easy. House was in great location to Nicks boat dock where our boat was! I would give them 10 stars if available! "

"This 2 bedroom home was just as stated. It was cozy and relaxing. The house was very clean with nice size bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was a nice size with great water pressure for showering. And the washer and dryer was a great addition.This house was nestled in a quite neighborhood with a concrete driveway with the perfect place to sit and enjoy the outside.It was a perfect house to stay for us to visit my Aunt who is at the Grayson nursing home located within a few miles....

"What a beautiful house and property! Darrell, the host, is a great, hard working person who we really enjoyed talking with. The house and property met our needs and allowed for us to have a great family vacation. Do keep in mind that you are located in the middle of nature so there will be lots of bugs and wildlife. The fresh eggs and other surprises that Darrell brought us made our trip even a little more special. "
