This wonderful Casita/Studio is located near to all the fun travel destinations that Southern California has to offer
yet is quiet, private and away from the crowds. Private entrance and a place to unwind and just enjoy the
beautiful and art-filled tropical gardens.
1 Queen Bed w/lovely linens for comfortable sleeping, a Flip Sofa for added sleeping space, Full bathroom and large walk in shower, Kitchenette with all the necessities.

PLEASE NOTE: We are 100% No Smoking/ Vaping/Drugs or Pets... if you can't abide by these rules, please don't choose to stay at our property.

The casita was the perfect spot for our getaway to Vista. The place was clean and just as expected. There was even chocolate chip and walnut banana bread. The backyard is cute and we saw tons of hummingbirds. We were in town to go to the breweries in North County and this spot was perfectly located for that! It was a great stay. I can’t recommend it enough!

Small but functional. Host is great! Very accommodating. Yard is beautiful, expands the "living area" immensely.Very clean.Shower door rather low, hard to keep water from spraying out. Parking is okay. It works, but prob best for a more compact car than ours.

Fantastic property with all sorts of extra amenities, from the chocolate chip banana bread to the excellent coffee and every utensil you could think of! Beach, chairs, umbrella, towels, books, movies, games, best place I have ever rented! Hummingbirds every morning to greet you and a beautiful patio to sit down on.

This place is a quiet little gem. All you hear are the birds chirping outside. There was homemade banana bread in our room and cold water in the fridge after a very long drive from Phoenix.. their backyard is like an oasis in paradise. You can swing and listen to the trickle of their fountain while looking up at the palm trees.. you honestly could just have a private getaway without going to the beach. Even though the beach is only 15 minutes away.. The weather was perfect as well. The room was clean and comfy too. All the details were so thoughtful.. You have to check it out yourself.

There is one word to describe our visit at this Casita, enchanting! Now that is not a word usually associated with staying in a studio setting, and the more we describe our experience, I know you'll find yourself wondering if we're family members of the hosts, but I assure you we are not. In fact, with so many perfect previous reviews, we, frankly, were somewhat skeptical. We stay at 4-5 VRBO properties each year, and we've never seen such a long list of great reviews, but that is exactly how we will describe our visit. Before you even arrive, Nancy is the master of communication and a truly gracious hostess. She helped us with planning the perfect visit to the area, and we took advantage of every recommendation. Then when you finally do arrive, the private gate to the property opens the enchanting private multi-level backyard, full of flowers, shade, a fountain, and hummingbirds. Yes, hummingbirds everywhere! When we first heard about them, we were hoping that we might be lucky enough to see one or two. In fact, we saw them all the time, from dusk to dawn, flitting around the backyard and feeding at one of the many feeders located around the backyard. Truly amazing. The accommodations are first rate, with a great bed, lots of hot water, a very surprisingly well-stocked kitchenette, lots of books, (I guess if you tire of watching the hummingbirds), and nearly soundproof when you want it to be. Actually, we enjoyed leaving the screen door open and listening to the fountain!

The casita was a perfect little spot for my wife and I. The neighborhood is quiet, the location was ideal, the bed was very comfortable (softest sheets I’ve ever slept on), the kitchenette is well appointed with everything we needed, the shower felt wonderful and I especially enjoyed my morning coffee outside listening to and watching the hummingbirds banter about. Nancy and Jim are wonderful hosts and we appreciated being there at their casita. It’s definitely worth staying here.

Warm & Welcoming

This casita is lovely and the hosts have truly thought of everything. Towels and chairs for the beach. Wireless phone charger next to the bed. A binder with recommendations for local food and fun. Even a towel warmer within arm's reach of the shower. Check in and check out were so simple and easy. I highly recommend this host and we will be back next time we're in the area.

Super cute . Fully stocked. From coffee , hot choc. Kettle , coffee maker . Hot plate , microwave a toaster oven to plate , cups silverware. If u forgot something there was toothpaste etc ( mini) in bathroom .

Our stay was restful. Nancy was responsive to my questions. The yard was like living in a private oasis. The Casita was clean, well supplied with so much.
