"The property we stay at was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently close Walmart, gas stations and a wide range of restaurants. We took full advantage of the fire pit too. The owner was very prompt when responding to any questions we had. We absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Little Rock or even if you want a nice getaway. "

"My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience. "

"We were in town for a baseball tournament located at Don Owens and Conway Station. The location was perfect! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having a laundry room to wash his uniforms was awesome too!"

"Adorable house very close to UCA campus on a quiet street. Check in is simple by just entering a code on the door lock pad that the owner gives the day of arrival. The backyard is spacious and welcoming. I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings. It has a full kitchen and a ton of lovely windows. We stayed a week with the temps over 100 and even in this historic home the ac kept up. Beautifully decorated and the owners even left us a local bread and recommendations for things to do based on...

"the house was very clean and spacious with many bedrooms! we enjoyed the openness at living/dining and kitchen area. the coffee/tea station was a bonus!! the extra play room between the living room and patio area was a perfect place for our 2 grand children to play on the floor!! the communication with the owner/property management was very smooth and truly appreciate your kindness. the memories we made at the house is unforgettable we will cherish forever, thank you for accommodating us. "We had an awesome experience with this rental. The communications with host were great! They were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The place was well appointed, had character and was walking distance to a great restaurant. Also easy to get there, and good parking. Hope to stay there again the next time we are heading to Little Rock!"
