Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt erneut sehr genossen – es war bereits das zweite Mal, dass wir bei Fabio in seinem wunderschönen Haus zu Gast waren. Die Lage direkt am Meer und der traumhafte Ausblick sind einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Elegant seafront property in snorkeling paradise

The villa is located in a gated community and adjacent to similar properties; it is spatious and tastefully furnished, fully equipped for a relaxing stay. Everything works, perfectly clean, great views from the front patio and the rooftop terrace, much privacy in the cozy back patio. Two bathrooms with showers, plus two outside showers, one with hot water. Air Conditioning. Above all, literally just a few meters from a wonderful sandy beach with spectacular sea life. A true paradise for snorkeling, wonderful and dramatic seabed, we spotted all sorts of fish and octopus and crabs and what else -, but also good for small children, since there are lovely natural pools with shallow warm water. In the compound, people are quiet - so this is nothing for loud party groups. Reccommended 100%!!

Unforgettable holiday!

Beautiful place! We were looking relaxation and at villa we had a great time. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view and the amazing private beach under the home. We would have liked to stay longer.

Top Lage, direkter Meeranschluss ( in dieser Saison fast keine Leute, Strand für sich), sauber, Check in: Dame konnte kein Englisch, war aber sehr bemüht und freundlich ( hat Tochter zum Übersetzen mitgenommen). Liest man das online-Inserat, hat man den Eindruck, dass das Haus freistehend ist. Das war am Anfang grad eine kleine Enttäuschung. Super Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, wie Whats app immer erreichbar. Traumurlaub mit Traumlage!!

Beautiful holiday

Our week stay at Villasimius, Sardegna villa was wonderful. Fabio was a great responder and met us at the villa on our arrival. The beauty of the villa is not reflected in the photos on the site. It is really on the sea, with a beautiful beach just a few meters from the garden, from the terrace you can admire fantastic sunsets with an amazing view of the sea and surrounding nature. An experience certainty repeating.

The property itself was fine. Unfortunately, one morning we woke up to no water and we couldn’t reach the owner, so we had to call VRBO to get the issue resolved. We have used VRBO many times, so we expected some basics like more than a half roll of toilet paper, half of roll of paper towels, and no sugar or pepper. They also had an ant and pill bug infestation. The directions to the property said to meet at the electric bar. We thought that meant a food and drink establishment, but it was a gate. Very confusing.

Wieder ein herrlicher Urlaub in Villasimius

Befindet sich in einer Traumlage mit einem privaten Strand und direktem Zugang zu eben jenem. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgerüstet und die Klimaanlage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die Kommunikation verlief absolut problemlos, Fabio war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfreich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

Lynn and family

It was one of our best stays. The location of the house and the view unbeatable. Waking up every morning and walking with our coffee to the beach which is not too crowded and in the morning and evening we are almost alone. Unbeatable sunsets as well. In reality you don’t really want to leave the house. The location is also great because it is close to many beautiful beaches. The house was super clean on our arrival. Fabio is very helpful and responsive. It was honestly a magical stay and we are really dreaming of going back.

Ein Traum

Unser bisher bester Urlaub auf Sardinien. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Haus wie beschrieben (eher noch schöner). Nähe zum Meer unschlagbar. Geniales Schnorchelrevier vor der Haustür, aber auch kleine morgendliche Wanderungen zum Cap und zur Lagune (mit Flamingos) direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Ruhiges Haus direkt am Meer

Schönes und ruhiges Haus mit Terrasse und Garten direkt am Meer. Sehr netter Kontakt. Küche gut ausgestattet. Nur mit Auto auf großem Privatgelände zu erreichen. Zwei sehr schöne Strände in direkter Nähe. Schön war das begehbare Dach, wo man tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen konnte. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um den südlichen Teil von Sardinien zu besuchen.

Well beyond expectations!

There Is so much more about this villa than what can be conveyed by photos and descriptions! It Is beautiful, It is traditional, It has incredibile details, It Is light and spacious, It has all modern utilities, It Is pratical, It has a magnificent view, It Is on an excellent beach... But most importantly the whole space, internal and external, made us feel at home, at peace, and happy from the very first to the very last moment of our stay! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer, das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, der Grill und die fabelhafte Terrasse mit spektakulärem Meerblick, von der aus Sie das angenehme Rauschen der Brandung hören können, werden sehr geschätzt, der wunderschöne Strand, umgeben von wunderschönen Graniten, ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt Der Garten ist in ein Traumszenario eingefügt. Einzigartige Erfahrung, die bald wiederholt werden soll.

Traumlage mit kleinen Abstrichen

Super schneller und freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut, kurzer Weg zum Meer, top Ausblick. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirr, Spülmaschine etc. Abstriche muss man bei der Beschreibung machen, das zweite Bad ist nur über einen großen Innenhof zu erreichen. Das Bad ist extrem klein, die Dusche ist für eine Person größer 1,80m nur im gebückten Zustand zu nutzen. In einem der zwei Zimmer fehlten trotz vorhandener Gardinenleiste die Vorhänge. Das dritte Zimmer ist ca. 3,5m² groß mit zwei an der Wand befestigten Klappbetten. Diesen Raum haben wir zum Lagern der Koffer genutzt.

Einfach traumhaft

Wir fahren seit 7 Jahren nach Sardinien und das Haus war mit Abstand das schönste Haus, in welchem wir je gewohnt haben. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt an einem kleinen und wenig besuchten Strand, der sowohl Sand als auch tolle Felsen bietet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es gibt alles, was man braucht. Fabio ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der einem sofort mit Rat zur Seite steht bei Fragen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses kleine Fleckchen Hinmel:-)

Traumurlaub im Paradies

Eigentlich ist alles bei den Vorrednern schon gesagt worden, ich wiederhole es aber gern noch einmal so: Der Sonnenuntergang (-und Aufgang) zwischen Himmel und Meer auf der Dachterasse dieses gemütlichen und komfortablen Hauses,das Rauschen und Gurgeln des Meeres…einfach magisch! Ferienerlebnis vom allerschönsten

Mit Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, top Lage, einmalig schöne Aussicht. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die schöne Veranda mit grossem Esstisch und Liegestühlen lädt zum geniessen ein und im Vorgarten mit Koch-und Grilleinrichtung hat es einen grossen gemütlichen Tisch. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und freuen uns bereits auf ein nächstes Mal
