Hermosa villa panorámica con piscina privada a tan solo 350 metros del mar. La Villa consta de: planta baja con entrada, sala de estar con sofá cama (1.5). Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, incluyendo lavavajillas y baño. En la planta baja también hay 2 verandas, ambas con vistas panorámicas al mar. Las verandas están acabadas en mármol sardo Orosei. En la planta baja hay un jardín y una piscina infinita con hidromasaje. Hermosa vista del golfo / puerto.
En la 1ª planta encontramos los 2 dormitorios, uno de ellos doble y el otro con 2 camas individuales (que eventualmente se puede convertir en una cama doble) y un baño con ducha. También hay un lavabo con lavadora. La casa tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Cerca de la piscina hay una ducha exterior con agua caliente. La Villa está disponible exclusivamente para no fumadores dentro de la casa; Es posible fumar afuera. En el jardín hay diferencias de nivel, siempre es mejor prestar atención a los niños pequeños.

We had a fantastic time in the villa. The pool, outdoor spaces and views are a particular highlight - probably even better than the photos. Antonello and Lucia were great hosts, allowing us flexibility in check in time and nice recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We’d happily go back!

The house is perfect for a family or a small group. Excellent location, walk to the local beach. House is well equipped with everything you need for a stay of a week or more. And the pool and views can't be beat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Das Haus liegt wirklich ganz toll am Hang in Südlage über Campulongu bei Villasimius mit gigantischem Blick über das Kap, den Hafen und in der Ferne den Giunco-Strand. Besser kann man es nicht mehr haben. Vom Flughafen Cagliari fährt man ca 1h und hat einen Ort mit völliger Ruhe und ohne große Ferienbauten. Das Haus selbst ist optimal ausgestattet hinsichtlich Technik, vor allem mit Klimaanlage in alle Räumen was bei der Sommerhitze in unserem Urlaub (bis 38 Grad) sehr nützlich war. Der Infinity-Pool ist ein Traum. Er ist nicht nur zum Schwimmen toll, sondern auch um die Aussicht zu genießen und optisch ist er ein Schmuckstück direkt am Haus. Sehr vorteilhaft ist auch die Beschattung der Terrassen. Man hat zu jeder Tageszeit mit 4 Personen sowohl im Sonnenbereich als auch im Schattenbereich ausreichend Platz. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt mit schönen Olivenbäumen und sogar (ungewöhnlich) mit einer Rasenfläche (automatisch bewässert). Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit des Objekts bis in alle Ecken und Winkel. Die Vermieter sind sehr korrekt, zuvorkommend, pünktlich und unkompliziert. Man kommuniziert einfach per WhatsApp oder Telefon, es wird sofort geantwortet und die Infos sind hilfreich. Sprachbarrieren geschrieben oder gesprochen werden mit Google-Translator mühelos überbrückt. Eine rundum positive und schöne Urlaubserfahrung, die ihren Preis 100% wert war. Wir wurden von Antonio und seiner Frau herzlich empfangen und es wurde alles toll erklärt . Die Unterkunft ist einfach klasse . Super Aussicht , super Pool , toller Garten inkl warmer Aussendusche, tolle Terrasse mit Grill , Sandwichgrill und kleine Kaffeeaitomat. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Unbelievably amazing. The villa was more beautiful than we could've hoped for. Antonio and Luccia were perfect hosts, even waited late for us on our check in day because of unforseen travel problems. They greeted us with smiling faces, wine and snacks in hand. The pictures on the app, even though they are great pictures, do not do this place justice, the feeling of it is very welcoming, the views are unimaginable, and the design of the space feels as if you're in your very own private resort. We have never been happier with every part of our stay anywhere as much as here. We will definitely be back next year and will schedule our vacation around the availability of this villa.

We had an amazing stay at Antonello and Lucia’s beautiful Villasimius home. Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Communicating with our hosts was seamless. We were greeted at the home, provided with a tour and presented with wine and Italian treats. The home was spotless and well stocked. The location was excellent with spectacular views of the sea. It was less than a 30 minute walk into town and to the beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend renting this stunning home.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Alles war sehr sauber, und den Ausblick vom Pool und der Terrasse kann man nur als grandios bezeichnen. Auf dem Grundstück ist man für sich, da die Nachbarn kaum auf den Pool oder die Außendusche sehen. Die Gastgeber waren überaus nett und bemüht, und haben uns viele tolle Tips für Strände und Restaurants gegeben. Vielen lieben Dank für die erholsame und unvergessliche Zeit in Euerm wunderschönen Haus. Ganz liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.

Die Villa in Campolungo ist perfekt für Familien Urlaub mit 2 Kindern. Toller Pool, unglaubliche Aussicht, sehr sauber und gepflegt, einladend eingerichtet, top Infrastruktur (Grill, Küche, Bäder etc.). Der Gastgeber ist stets erreichbar und selbst der Besitzer, was den Urlaub noch persönlicher macht. Das Objekt befindet sich in einer Art "Gated Community", was sehr sicher ist. Wir würden wieder kommen und können das Objekt und den Vermieter absolut empfehlen!

Das Highlight des Hauses sind das infinity Pool und die große Terrasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Capo Carbonara. Das Pool ist ganz sauber, sehr gepflegt und groß genug, um ein bisschen zu schwimmen und vor allem mit Kindern zu planschen. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man wunderschön und kann beim Grillen am Abend (toller großer Gasgrill) die Aussicht genießen. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, Handtücher und Schirme für den Strand sind vorhanden, sogar Ferngläser zum Beobachten der Schiffe auf dem Meer stehen zur Verfügung. Der Strand in Fußnähe ist leider nicht so schön, aber verschiedene traumhafte, beinahe karibische Strände sind in unter 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Antonello war ein super Gastgeber: er hat alles getan, um uns einen früheren Check- in zu ermöglichen, es gab Sardisches Süßgebäck zur Begrüßung, er hat uns alles gezeigt, war sehr unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar, sogar um 6 Uhr früh, als wir so früh auschecken mussten. Seine Tips für Strände, Restaurants, Pasticcerie etc haben absolut gestimmt- vielen Dank dafür! Das Haus als Basis für eine erholsame Woche mit Badeferien im Pool und an traumhaften Stränden ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

We absolutely love Villasimius, and this property is probably the best place we have ever stayed anywhere. The house is amazingly beautiful, with everything you could possibly wish for and more. The outdoor living space, pool, and view can not be beat. Antonio was very helpful, kind, and responsive to any question, and offered us excellent suggestions to explore the area. We will definitely plan to return to stay in property again in the future. It was fabulous!

Wir waren zu viert und haben uns überwiegend auf der Terrasse und dem wunderschönen Pool aufgehalten. Highlight ist die Außendusche. In der kleinen Stadt gibt es einige tolle Restaurants, die die sehr netten Vermieter empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft zum Baden, wandern und ausruhen. Für einen Urlaub ist Sardinien unbedingt zu empfehlen

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Bucht am Gang im Süden von Sardinien. Das Haus ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat von Ost nach West drei Terrassen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und die Dusche im Garten liegt geschützt zwischen oliven-Bäumen und hat sogar warmes Wasser. Die Anbindung an die Stadt ist sehr gut und die Preise in den Supermärkten sind für deutsche Verhältnisse angemessen. Es ist top ausgerichtet und hat ein Klima Anlage im WZ und in beiden SZ. Das Haus ist sauber und der Kontakt mit dem Besitzern ist ganz herzlich und wir haben sehr gute Tipps für die Gegend bekommen. Wir können Das Haus ist sehr empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Jungs im Alter von 10 und 12 Jahren) verbrachten im Oktober fast 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Das Haus und die Aussicht waren sogar noch schöner als auf dem Inserat. Der Kontakt mit Antonello und Lucia war vor sowie auch während unseres Aufenthaltes super. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Als wir den Ausblick zum ersten Mal sahen, waren wir überwältigt, einfach grandios. Auch hatten Sie uns viele Tipps, sei es für Restaurants oder besonders schöne Strandabschnitte. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und lässt mit Gaskochherd und Grill inkl. Kochstelle im Grill integriert genial kochen. Ums Haus hat es überall Plätze, wo man sich je nach Wind und Sonnenstand einnisten kann und sich einfach rundum wohlfühlt. Die Warmwasserdusche draussen beim Pool ist auch klasse. So Duschen (mit diesem wunderschönen Ausblick) kann man nicht alle Tage, wir haben es sehr genossen. Auch das der Pool ganz automatisch lief, mit Wasserfall und Licht, hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben die Abende draussen sehr genossen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sicherlich wieder (trotz langer Reise). Danke Antonello und Lucia für eure Herzlichkeit und dass ihr euer Paradies mit uns geteilt habt. DANKE! Antonello and Lucia offer a rock-solid, very well built, and beautifully appointed view home in Villasimius! It has spacious, comfortable deck areas and an infinity pool that makes it hard to take your eyes off multiple beaches, the marina, neighboring architecture, and natural hillsides! My wife and I are 50+ American world travellers, who’ve stayed at many ABB and VRBO homes. This has been the nicest one so far! So meticulously maintained! So comfortable that we chose to make several meals at home, and enjoy at the outside dining area as if it was ours. Why leave when no restaurant or hotel offers a better atmosphere or view? We did leave however, because it’s close so close to so many different beaches, restaurants, recreation, and shopping. Villasimius is a gem! On top of all that I’ve mentioned, you get the chance to meet two very gracious hosts, and extremely likable people in Antonello and Lucia!! They made it clear they loved the property and wanted us to as well. We highly recommend you to book a stay!!! You’ll understand and I’m sure repeat all that I’ve said here!!

Accueillis chaleureusement au milieu de la nuit, c’est au petit matin , qu’émerveillés, nous nous sommes rendus compte du bijou que nous avions trouvé pour notre séjour. Accroché sur la colline et dominant toute la baie et son port, ce panorama a bercé le rythme de nos vacances. Tout a été conçu pour profiter de ce site merveilleux : les fenêtres de chaque pièce, les terrasses ainsi que la piscine permettent à chaque instant de ne pas quitter de vue ce tableau d’artiste. L’engagement et la bienveillance de Lucia et Antonio, le haut niveau d’équipement de cette villa ont fait que rien ne pouvait compromettre ces vacances. Nous recommandons de tout cœur ce coin de paradis. Nous reviendrons. Ewa et Xavier

Einfach ein Traum..... Alles genau so, wie auf den Bildern und dem Inserat. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Antonello & Lucia empfangen. Die Übergabe lief einfach und schnell.Sie hatten gute Tipps für gute Restaurants und Strände. Von den Vormietern hat es genügend Gewürze, Essig, Oel und auch Alufolie, Frischhaltefolie und Backpapier. Milch, Einheimischen 🍷Wein, 🍋Zitronen, (vom Baum unter der Veranda) 😊 lagen zum geniessen bereit. Die Aussicht vom Pool einfach unglaublich! 🥰 Per WhatsApp war die Kommunikation ein Kinderspiel. Auch unsere frühe Rückreise (Sonntag 5.15 Uhr) war kein Problem. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und bedanken uns recht herzlich bei den liebenswerten Vermietern Antonello & Lucia
