"The employees were all friendly and accommodating. When we arrived the Ac was out at 130pm. It came on later that evening. Great location to the beach 3min walk. Needs to have a better option on Food more fruit. besides oranges. Needs turkey bacon or plant based. Furniture is outdated and peeling. My grandkids enjoyed and so did I."

"Very clean property within walking distance to the beach. It’s right across the street from direct access to Miramar beach. Wonderful amenities, unfortunately service to my room was never provided and even though they guarantee service every other day, I had to basically beg for fresh towels. Other than that, there is a bar and a fresh food cafeteria available. "

"We wanted to have a budget hotel that is at least walkable to the beautiful beach. And this was a perfect choice just because the facility is at least somewhat newer than others. Staff are all friendly and approachable. Though some access walkways to the beach have been closed, it was still a manageable walk from the hotel to the beach. Or just a really short drive to shopping areas and the beach. Nice overall! "

"Small number of rooms. Spacious. Feels like home. Beach club is fantastic with good onsite restaurants. Reasonably priced. Hotel communicates via texting makes it very convenient. Beach is nice but quieter. Less people play in the water. So if you look for a nice relaxing retreat this is perfect"

"Housekeeping staff cleaned every other day. That's fine, but when they cleaned the first time, they didn't make up the bed or leave wash rags. Or clean the shower or clean the toilet. Or replenish the lotion. Or leave soap. Just left a few towels. On the day of check out, they knocked on the door before 10a to see if I was still there, so they could start cleaning the room; check out is at 11a. Annoying. Felt like I was being rushed out. They can check the front desk to see who may have...

"The property was amazing. It's huge with a wide variety of things to do. Several restaurant options, pools, etc...all on the property. Of course there several other things to do off-property close by. This will be a yearly family vacation."
