"It was great! Beds were comfy, the apartment was spacious, we had everything we needed. Plenty of parking and few grocery stores/eating places within 5 min or less. Definitely recommend!"

"Just had a 3-night stay at ION City. Staffs were all friendly and amazing. Location is in the core downtown tourism area of reykjavic so that could be pro or cons depending on what you like. It's a little bit loud outside especially if the room is towards the street, but window is reasonably sound-proof. One issue was that when I first arrived there were a few blood drops in the bath towels, but after I raised that issue the room service was all good for the rest of the stay. Overall 4/5. "

"We loved our stay here. We had a junior suite which offered plenty of room, the kitchenette was very well stocked and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We ordered the breakfast several days and it was delicious! So much food we ended up using some for lunch and dinner another day! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! Close to a couple of bus stops and all the shops and restaurants you could want. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!"

"Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel, das sich vom Komfort und von der Atmosphäre von vielen anderen Hotels in Island deutlich positiv abhebt. Sehr großzügige, saubere Zimmer. "We had a great stay! The property was spotless, with a well-stocked kitchen and a layout that worked perfectly for four adults. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It also served as a convenient pickup spot for our excursions. Would definitely stay here again!"
