"The location from outside not look that good and was lucky to have one parking spot avilable. Room very clean as well as washroom,look like been totally renovated. There is no front desk,everything done by codes for main entry door and your room once you check-in. Only negative concerns, that heater Knob was broken and we was unable to reduce room temperature, ended up by sleeping and keep window open,I already called the hotel staff but couldn't help."

"Great location and walking distance to all the downtown sights. The room was very well appointed, loved the 3 step skincare as an extra touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only a few downsides like the noise coming from construction next door and the in-room refrigerator is actually more of just a cooling drawer so doesn't hold much. Overall a great stay though and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers!"

"Good value, clean warm room in the heart of Reykjavík. Check in was painless and we managed to get an early check in. It is not fancy but it does meet your needs. "We reserved the two bedroom apartment for our family of 5 and it was perfect! With two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, a dining room, a small kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking the main street, we had everything we needed and then some! There is a grocery store a block away and you are close to everything! Nice and vibrant downtown area and a close walk to the water. "We had super easy to follow instructions for checking in and how to work everything there and about the local shops. Great location for going on tours just 50 meters from tourist bus stop 12. Had to contact the people once online and had instant reply. Every thing you could need for a stay. Wonderful to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment"
