"Perfect spot for our family to participate in Xterra. Right across the road from race area by yhe beach. We wanted a spot with kitchen and washing machine. Drying rack provided in each room. We like independence, so not the place for you if you prefer a concierge type of stay. Grocery store is a block away. Great views of mountains. "

"We spent a lovely week at this quiet and well maintained property. Accommodation matches the photos well. "I booked my stay with 9 rooms on short notice after a change in plans. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Having confirmed parking is a major plus in an area where parking is hard to come by. I stayed in the studio apartment and the pullout bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would recommend nine rooms. "We enjoyed four days „away from it all“ at Serena‘s apartment. We felt very welcomed (a delicious cake was waiting for us!) and at home immediately. The apartment is decorated in a very friendly and loving way with many pretty details. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view was beautiful. Serena is a great host! She was always reachable and very helpful."

" Die Gastgeber waren über unsere Buchung nicht informiert worden! Dass wir dennoch sehr gut aufgenommen wurden, ist glücklichen Zufällen und den liebevollen Bemühungen der Gastgeber zu verdanken! Dafür ein großes Lob. Zu unserem Glück konnten wir durch die von uns erbrachte Kopie meines Kontoauszuges beweisen, dieses Quartier schon bezahlt zu haben.Eine Kommunikation zwischen Agentur und Gastgeber wäre zwingend notwendig!"
