"The room was clean food was adequate staff was friendly but not very helpful with local information. The laundry was a little pricey and I am not sure I got everything back I sent. The tours we booked through the hotel were almost double the price they were online definitely a learning experience."

"The rooms are immaculate, the views are amazing and the pools/bars/restaurants are all great.Everywhere we went in Vietnam we were impressed with the warmth and hospitality of the people and the staff at the Flamingo really took it to the next level.I particular Thuy on reception provided lovely flowers for our anniversary and a cake, as well as organising our transport back to Hanoi.We couldnt have wished for a better place to celebrate our 35th."

"Hotel was in a great location. Quiet at night and still close enough to walk anywhere. Stayed in 2 different rooms and both were good. Staff was friendly and theres a great pho place almost across the street. Ate there every morning."
