We are the Hawaii of North America and are located in a highly desirable, extremely central location in a walking distance to all major amenities including the Royal Jubilee Hospital, UVic, Camosun College, Hillside Mall and St. Michael’s University School!

Using the lockbox beside the door will allow you to self-check-in and check-out.

Your ULTRA PRIVATE space has high quality finishings such as quartz countertops, under cabinet lighting, Italian 12 x 24' porcelain tile in the bathroom, and even a high end Grohe faucets.

Your ULTRA PRIVATE space is supplied with EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR STAY REGARDLESS OF DURATION!

Your bedroom has a full size closet and brand new queen-sized plush mattress (Sealy Posturepedic Pillow-top--medium firmness) with organic, cotton sheets. Our guests repeatedly say the bed is one of the most comfortable they have ever experienced in any VRBO!

There are lots of oversized windows and all windows have window screens and blinds.

Your living and bedroom floors are beautiful and bright, wide-plank, white and grey laminate.

Your living room furniture now includes swivel chairs with foot rests for each chair. There are adjustable height island chairs in that are 100% genuine leather.

We value respect and cleanliness and will ensure the suite is extremely clean for you!

The property is not on a main road and is within walking distance to countless different amenities that truly separate us from other locations. We are a 45 second to one-and-a- half minute walk to multiple major bus routes including the 4, 8, 14, 22, 27, 28, a 2 minute walk to St. Michael’s University School and liquor store, 3 minute drive or bus to the University of Victoria, 3 minute walk to Camosun College, 2 minute drive to the Royal Jubilee Hospital, 4 minute walk to Hillside Mall (Walmart, Thrifty Foods, Starbucks, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Tim Horton’s, Canadian Tire, many fast-food restaurants, shopping stores, pubs, restaurants, banks, medical clinics and many other amenities), walking distance to Mt. Tolmie, Oak Bay, and Fairfield, and only 5-7 minutes from the downtown core to enjoy the beautiful inner harbor, Parliament Buildings, iconic Empress Hotel, and fine dining/sightseeing options. There are several parks, golf courses, recreation facilities, hiking trails, and beaches close by with countless indoor and outdoor recreational activities available such as kayaking, swimming, hiking, paddle boarding, sailing, ziplining, squash, fishing, tennis, art galleries, museums, and movie theatres near-by. We are a 7-8 minute drive to Mount Doug and Uptown (Walmart and countless other shopping stores) and a 20 minute drive to Colwood and Langford where you'll find Costco, Thetis Lake, Rugby Canada, 10 pin bowling, Grizzlies hockey, Bear Mountain, the Great Canadian Casino, Rebels Football, and the Westshore Mall.

Numerous tourist brochures including bus schedules and other handy tourist information is available in your suite for your perusal to help assist you with scheduling and planning of your outings and activities. A 40 second walk down our street gets you on the bus to downtown or UVic.

Thought of everything

Everything felt fresh and clean with updated decor. We brought tons of shoes for some reason, so we were in love with the shoe rack! We used two bus stops within walking distance as well as our car which we could conveniently park in the driveway. It was so nice to grab a few groceries at the Walmart nearby and fix a few things in the kitchen that had what we needed for utensils and such. Daughter was pleased to see her Pantene shampoo/ conditioner she likes stocked in the shower.

The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was quite comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Our only concern was for the the chairs in the living room. They were okay, but not overly comfortable for watching TV. Otherwise, it was a very pleasureable stay & we would definitely recommend your place to others. Thank you for your hospitality and efforts on our behalf! They made our short trip to Victoria a great experience.

Modern and clean

Very clean modern apartment. Great tub and washer/dryer. Quiet place. Fully stocked kitchen and even provides coffee and tea. Size is good for two people only. Would have preferred a couch versus two chairs to sit on but not a deal breaker. Does have stairs to climb to get into apartment in case you have a mobility disability.
