Villa Nilo is a beautifully restored farmhouse located near Florence in the Tuscany region of Italy. Ideally located for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is in a quiet area and offers a garden with a private swimming pool. Villa Niloi is within a short driving distance of shops, restaurants, and a train station, and is conveniently located for visits to Florence, Lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club and the Barberino Designer Outlet (with major Italian and international fashion brands).

Villa Nilo (200 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room (with sofas, TV, a dining table seating 8, and garden access) and a well-equipped kitchen (with hob: 4 burners, oven, fridge freezer, microwave). On this level, you will also find the sleeping area with two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), one single bedroom (with single bed) and one bathroom (with bath).

On the first floor, you will find a comfortably furnished attic living room and a utility room (with washing machine).

Outside, you will find a lovely, enclosed garden (1500 sqm) featuring a private swimming pool (8m x 4m; depth 1.5m; open from 3 June to 23 September), an outdoor dining area (with barbecue), and private parking.
