Villetta Alfredo is an independent house of 92 square metres on a single floor, in central Torre del Lago Puccini, in Versilia. Mediterranean-modern style with character details: vintage terrazzo floors, painted ceramics on the walls, curated marine theme. Accommodates up to 7 people in two bedrooms plus a double sofa bed in the living room.

Bedrooms and bathroom

King-size master bedroom with cream upholstered headboard, integrated bookshelf above the bed, window opening onto a citrus plant. Second bedroom with bunk bed for two single beds plus a pull-out bed underneath, capacity three people. In the living room, the grey sofa with chaise longue converts into an additional double bed. Single generous bathroom with shower, separate WC and bidet, window with natural light.

Kitchen and living area

Full kitchen completely equipped: four-burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, patchwork cement-tile backsplash, double coffee corner with traditional moka pot and Nespresso machine. Open-space living area with round white table for four, rug with marine motifs, aquatic theme on the walls.

Outdoor space

Veranda in front of the house with green-and-white striped awning. Dining table for seven, director's chairs, iron lantern for evening dinners. From spring to early autumn it works as a second outdoor living room. Two private parking spaces within the property (compact, ideal for medium or small cars).

Central Torre del Lago Puccini. Within a few minutes' walk supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and railway station. 2.3 km from the Puccini Villa-Museum on Lake Massaciuccoli and from the Gran Teatro all'aperto of the Puccini Festival. 3.5 km from the Marina and the free beaches of Lecciona. Lucca 23 km, Pisa and airport 30 km.

What to do nearby

An opera night at the Puccini Festival on the lake shore (July-September). Birdwatching by electric boat at the LIPU Oasis of Massaciuccoli, particularly stunning at dawn and sunset. The Puccini Cycle Path, a flat and shaded cycle-pedestrian route connecting the lake to the pine forest of Viareggio. The free beach of Lecciona, a nature reserve of dunes and open sea. Lucca with its walls, Pisa, the Cinque Terre.
