In this late 19th-century Villa, of which it retains original marble grit floors and a fresco in one of the rooms, the charm of the Old Country Lady remains, but with all the modern comforts.
In support of the property and at the complete disposal of the guests, there is a beautiful garden maintained by the owners themselves, with a beautiful entrance of ornamental lemons, and a large internal parking lot.
Inside the garden you can relax after a beautiful Tuscan day, with family and friends, in the barbecue area, or with a good glass of wine under the fresh gazeboo.

The bicycles that are supplied are free of charge for our guests; excellent for visiting the town of Torre del Lago Puccini in total freedom.
You could choose to go to the nearby Villa-Museum of the lyrical master Giacomo Puccini, where the same musician lived and died, or go to the Gran Teatro on the shores of the lake, where his works are represented every year as Turandot or Madama Butterfly. Or decide to treat yourself to a day at the beach through the beautiful pine forest ...
The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, and the new installation of a Jacuzzi in a corner of the park makes the stay in the villa even more relaxing and fascinating.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from the coffee machine, toaster, fridge ... and anything else you need for a trouble-free vacation.
In the village there are several laundromats, but if you want you can use your personal washing machine.
As soon as you enter the property there is an avenue of lemons in old earthenware basins that leads to the garden and to the parking lot.
The ground floor has a living room, a dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, two bathrooms and three large double bedrooms, and just outside is a magnificent gazeboo.

Would definitely return

Lovely old property with a rustic style with original floor tiles and high ceilings. The garden and pool were especially loved and well used during the very hot week that we stayed. The garden had lots of different areas to sit. We tended to follow the shade! Luca was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries or requests. He also gave us ideas of places to go. We all enjoyed it when he popped around, despite none of us being able to speak Italian, we made do with a mixture of languages and realised later we should have used Google translate! As keen gardeners ourselves we loved his seedlings. It was an amazing location and unbeknownst to us we'd booked during the Puccini festival so we were able to enjoy an outdoor opera performance. Good links to Pisa, Florence, Lucca from local train station. Cinque Terre if you have a car. We enjoyed a really good meal at the chalet restaurant by the lake. The improvements wed suggest would be to have more than the minimum crockery and cutlery, sharp knives and the listing should mention that air conditioning is only in three bedrooms. Fans were provided in the others but this was not clear on the listing. If renting in cooler months, it might be worth noting that there is no indoor sitting room. The listing showed two kitchens but there was only one. As we used the BBQ outside and did most of the food prep outside that was fine for summer.

Prenotazione facile, proprietari sempre cortesi e disponibili a chiarimenti al telefono. Foto che rispecchiano la casa e il giardino (veramente stupendo). Vacanza veramente fantastica, soprattutto per merito della casa!
