Le Sable Fin Beach House

  • The Villa sul mare is a semi-detached house by the sea within a beach club, in the quiet pedestrianized Città Giardino. The light that filters through the windows of the veranda comes directly from the sea and the beach, which can be reached with a few steps. The house, finely furnished, is ideal for enjoying the climate, the Versilia beach, and for visiting the beauties of Tuscany, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence within easy reach. The Le Sable Fin space features a private garden with outdoor furniture. The very bright house includes an air-conditioned veranda with dining room, lounge and study. Inside the house the large kitchen is equipped with all appliances. We find 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a further adjacent bathroom, the living room with double sofa bed and satellite and digital TV, 8 total beds. The rooms are all air conditioned, complete with linen and wi-fi. In the services of the house from May 1st to September 30th you have free access to the beach and the swimming pool shared with the quiet guests of the beach club, the use of a tent on the beach with sun loungers, deck chairs and towels. Inside the property, upon request, there is another housing unit with 6 beds.

Great Stay

This Rental has everything a family needs. Beautiful pool, beach tent with chairs all set up. The apartment has comfortable beds and nice hot showers. Laundry, kitchen, not to mention fun on the beach

The best beach house in Viareggio

Very good place to spend your holiday. Nicely decorated, clean, to steps to the pool and to the sandy beach. Highly recommend this villa to everybody, especially who has small kids. Pool and beach area is not crowded even in high season. Grocery shop is 10 min walk and a huge park with lots of activities for small kids is 15 min walk from the house. P.S. Pietro, please, buy small microwave oven and electric kettle to the kitchen and this place will be 100% ideal.

Tolle Lage, angenehmer Gastgeber!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und entspricht den Photos in der Anzeige. Die Lage direkt am Strand als Teil eines Bagnos ist einzigartig! Pietro ist ein sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Gastgeber, wir haben alle Mahlzeiten in seinem Restaurant eingenommen und waren sehr zufrieden. Wie kommen wieder!

Very nice beach house

Beautiful house attached to a beach club. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Sea, large swimming pool and restaurant right in front of the door. Paid parking in the street.

Tolles Beachhouse direkt am Strand

schöne und grosszügige Wohnung direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und grosszügig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sensationell. Freundlicher Gastgeber, unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Einfach tolles Haus!!!

Wir hatten tolle 9 Tage

Die Lage ist super, die Gastgeber sehr nett (Grazie Pietro & Familia), das Restaurant am Bagno genial, der Cappuccino und der Espresso mega lecker, die Liegen am Strand mit Zelt, 2 Liegestühlen, einem Stuhl, 2 Liegen, Strandtüchern und einem abschließbaren Tisch ist einfach genial. Einzig, die Schlafsituation ist mit 3 Erwachsenen nicht ganz so günstig, weil es ein Schlafzimmer mit einem kleinen Doppelbett und ein Kinderzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten gibt. Wir haben schlussendlich zu zweit im Schlafzimmer und eine im Fernsehzimmer auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa geschlafen. Das ging so ganz gut. Die zwei Badezimmer, die Küche und das grosszügige Wohnzimmer sind perfekt. Wir - 3 Freundinnen - haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder :-)

Idéal pour séjour en famille

Location très agréable, spacieuse décorée avec goût et très propre à notre arrivée. Elle appartient à un club de plage avec accès direct à la piscine et la mer. Emplacement idéal pour un séjour en famille proche des commerces, bars,restaurants et découvrir la Toscane. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et l’accueil de la maman de Pietro qui parle très bien le français. A noter qu’il n’y a pas de parking privé, il faut garer la voiture dans les rues plus éloignées car tous les parkings à proximité sont payants.

Schöne Strandwohnung, perfekte Lage.

Schöne Strandlage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Genügend Platz für eine große Familie. Lage direkt am Strand, etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Viareggio. Nettes Personal. Alles in allem gut. Einzig der Preis ist ein wenig hoch.....

A beautiful place to stay in a perfect location!

We had a wonderful week at bagno Lelia. The house was tastefully decked out with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The location close to the beach and walking distance of all the commodities was perfect too. No need for a car as the bike hire was great fun and so safe for all ages (my 76 yr old mum to my 5yr old daughter). Pietro was a kind and considerate host who was happy to help whenever we asked for it. We will definitely be visiting this beautiful home again.

Wonderful beach getaway at a great property with amazing service.

Our group of six was more than pleased with this property. Pietro and family mad us feel so welcome and took great care of us. The location is perfect for wondering up or down the beach. Shops and restaurants are a very short walk away. Six of us were quite comfortable for 5 days and everything that we would need was provided. iIwould highly recommend this property for your next Italian beach vacation!

Thank you for a fantastic holiday

We were 8 people spending 10 days at Pietros house. Everything was better than we expected. The pool and the beach is very close and clean. We really liked the beach club which included a tent, loungers and beach towels. The house is clean and had everything we needed. Pietro is very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for such as taxi reservations and tips on excursions. We really recommend this house and Pietro as a host.

Great beach house and beach club

Pietro and his family were great hosts and fun to be with. The house is really nice and was great for our family of 4 from California and would easily accommodate 8 people. It is attached to the Bango Lelia beach club which makes it ideal as the pool is right outside the front door and comes with a cabana on the beach. There is a yard in front with a table and chairs on the grass along with a small bbq. There also is a snack bar and restaurant at the beach club where you can have coffee, snacks, drinks, lunch and dinner. We arrived after midnight after our flight was cancelled and Pietro welcomed us without any complaints or additional cost. It has been the best place we have stayed on our 20 day trip to Europe and Italy. There also is a unit next door you can rent if you have more people or an other family. We would highly recommend staying here.

organizzata, pulita e posizione strategica

Sono stata una settimana in questa splendida casa. La posizione è perfetta, lontana dal caos della movida Viareggina, ma neppure troppo, 10 minuti a piedi. Adagiata direttamente sulla spiaggia . La casa è così come appare nelle immagini, spaziosa, accogliente e organizzata. Non manca nulla. Neppure la gentilezza dei proprietari, disponibili, sempre sorridenti e pronti ad accogliere qualsiasi necessità. Servizio più che ottimo, pulizia eccellente, consiglio sicuramente questo appartamento anche per lunghi periodi. La veranda, splendida, consente di vivere il mare anche nelle giornate meno assolate.

Ein tolles Haus direkt am Meer. Da wir im Oktober dort waren, hatten wir den Strand für uns allein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein guter Standort von wo aus man alle interessanten Ziele der Toskana schnell erreichen kann.

Stunning beach house!

We struck gold with Pietro's beach house. It's an absolutely stunning house with everything we needed for two weeks with our family. It is perfectly located right on the beach and a stones throw from viareggio and Camaiore - not too busy but close to everything. Pietro's family were so welcoming and looked after us very well during our trip. We viewed some other similar properties while in viareggio visiting family and none of them compare! We will definitely be back next year. Thank you pietro!
