"For the past 40 years we have been driving from the Cleveland Area and visiting my sister's farm in Arcanum. I grew up going to this farm and it was like my own. When my sister (who is 13 years older than me) had to move to a retirement home it was devastating to think we could no longer come to the farm when we visit family as her grandson's family now lives there. "Great quiet neighborhood. Nearby park within walking distance. Surrounded by green nature. Host was responsive. Amenities were all as posted. Highly recommended. Great value! "

"This location was perfect for us, out in the county but less than 10 minute drive to every place we needed to go to. Extremely clean and quiet area with a large kitchen area and plenty of space to spread out if you want to. Will be staying there again next year when we visit this area to see friends."

"We stayed at the mansion on Monument for University of Dayton’s graduation weekend. The property is a perfect place to stay for a large group. The three apartments allow everyone to have their own space. Each apartment is decorated wonderfully with every amenity imaginable. My only regret is that we didnt know about this property when my son started his college journey four years ago!"

"Very beautiful and well maintained home. Cozy inside, meticulously cleaned and very welcoming. Extremely easy to find and in a great central location! Parking was great, as the driveway is asphalt and easy to maneuver. Two bedrooms with a finished basement and pull-out sofa bed. Loved having two bathrooms, both beautiful and very clean. Host was extremely welcoming and generous."
