"Staff is wonderful! I had an issue with the first room they gave me so when I asked for another one, they gave me a new room as well as an upgrade. Great people working all over at this property. Good restaurants nearby as well. Will stay here again if in the area!"

"We love Westin’s. However, during our stay which was supposed to include daily housekeeping, that did not occur. We stayed for 6 days and a few of those days, had to ask to have our room cleaned. This is part of what customers pay for and was disappointing to have to seek it out on our own."
