"Zeer net en ruim appartement. Heel rustig gelegen. Geen airco dus kan warm worden. Bijna alle ramen hebben muggengaas. Eigenaar communiceert ruim op tijd en reageert snel bij vragen. Het dubbel bed maakt wel lawaai als je beweegt of je omdraait. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen als ik weer naar Arona wil."

"To start, I'm a hotel girl- I like reliability and comfort. When traveling I dont want to do the same home tasks. So my bar is quite high for short stay rentals. The whole experience w pure lux was on point. Beautiful apartment EXACTLY like the pics. Super market around the corner, bus station 4 min walk, 20 min walk to the lake, so easy to communicate with, bedding more comfortable than the hotels we've stayed at, and very affordable for the area. La climatisation est un peu faible mais même avec les grosses chaleurs que nous eu (35°) nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud dans l'appartement situé en rez de jardin. "Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Rented this spot in Ticino and it worked out perfectly. Walking distance to a bakery/coffee shop. Had a great meal at Ristorante Sport. Migros grocery store is right down the street. Small village of 1500 people. Close drive to Lugano and only an hour drive to Malpensa airport. The views of the lake are fantastic."
