"The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. "Beautiful property! Super clean and spacious, excellent connection with the Old Town. Streetcar #22 stops is literally around the corner. The only suggestion for further improvement would be a coffee machine and some basics in the kitchen, like sugar and salt. It would also be nice to have shampoo, but the shower gel was ok. All in all, we had an amazing stay!"

"I was a little worried before arriving having looked at some of the reviews on google after I had booked but I was really happy with the accommodation, which was newly refurbished, very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great with easy access either walking or on public transport to both Old and New Town.
