"What an amazing stay from start to finish we were treated exceptionally. I booked based on reviews and price but was a little sceptical it seemed to good to be true! We booked the trsf ftom airport through the hotel which was perfect a lady waiting in arrivals- she took us straight to collect keys from hotel Kinsky as we were a late flight which was opposite. Room was massive on 5th floor and only metres from the tram stop Udjed as well ( from airport you can get bus 59 and then no 20 tram...

"All was great "

"Room was clean, spacious, had all the amenities listed. Fridge, hob, microwave. And all the cooking utensils you could need. The bathroom even had a hairdryer inside one of the cupboards. TV with access to YouTube, Netflix and Amazon prime. And lovely outside area. We had a problem, (something in the kitchen blew its fuse which cut off the electric), which was sorted very quickly (just by flicking the switch in the electric box back up). And the kettle broke, but was replaced the following...
