"Well the Valle by Kondale hotels located in Munnar Kerala was fantastic experience being greeted very politely and humbly by the staffs. We were astonished at the sight of view from our room window,felt which was visible from the rooms window far ahead with a ray of golden sunlight falling on the mountain caps. Me and my wife instantly fell in love with Valle and all this because of the splendid hospitality we were receiving from time to time according to our want and desire from there...

"One of the best stays for me in Munnar. The hotel staff is amazing and extremely helpful in all matters. Kudos to their restaurant staff for preparing some delicious meals especially Vegetable Biryani and Paneer Recipes for north indian (Delhi) travellers. Being located in the middle of forest it offers seclusion and scenic views and ample opportunity to relax and enjoy your holiday. One of the best decors in a forest setting. Improvement required in Games room and curio shop area. "

PS: une bonne voiture est nécessaire pour s'y rendre, ce nest pas facile d'accès, cependant, le trajet vaut largement la peine."

This beautiful place, with diverse sizes and views in the rooms, has a perfect location and attentive, considerate staff. The owner/manager is on his toes at all times, attempting to meet the needs and wishes of all guests. Breakfast included, all meals are available; food choices somewhat limited in number, but of very high quality, Indian and Keralese specialties with every effort made to please...

"Excellent staff behaviour. Food is not much tasty. Approaching road to resort is very bad bad. Ambience very good. Any complaint is very prompt. In buffet system not much dishes is of North side. "
