"Nos hicieron un upgrade sorpresa y fue muy agradable. Teníamos la Pool Villa con piscina propia. Muy cerca del coffee shop, muy tranquilo también. Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel."

"We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. "Hotel is located approx 22 km from Munnar town centre, its not ideal if you like to visit other places around. Half time wasted climbing up and down from the town centre. Food cost very high, a lot better options if you eat outside but again the annoying journey up and down. Overall its a OK place if you want to just stay in the hotel and don't mind food cost."
