We were turned away at 2:30 am, after we paid and called to confirm late check-in. We were told that there was no room for us and that the hotel was typically overbooked anyway. And we have not gotten a refund yet after almost 3 days.

It was okay. Not good by any means. I don’t think it was worth what I paid (even on Expedia). My room was decent, upstairs and relatively clean thank God. I read many poor reviews after booking (in my defense, they were posted literal days after I booked) and was genuinely terrified. I think my room ...

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay
Staff is great. The place needs a makeover. Pool area is nice but now things have to be reserved. Used to have free coffee in the morning but now it’s $6. Little things like this are gone

Hotel South Tampa & Suites
The place is a roadside motel. We stayed in an efficiency unit, but did not cook there. It was very expensive, but clean. There was a very strong odor of pesticide, but no signs of pests. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy.
