"A very nice hotel. Don’t know why not took so long to check in, but everything else was above par. Nice breakfast buffet and the cookie when checking in was a nice touch. "

"Property is nice and clean and good size rooms, staff is always nice and pleasant! The only complaint I have about this property is the parking situation sucks....you have to parkndown the street and that garage is normally full. So you have to wait and also see if someone mives there car in the front."

"After a horrible experience at LaGuardia airport with our flight to Disney cancelled and 2 very upset children we booked another flight for the next day out of JFK. Our flight didn’t get cancelled until midnight so we quickly booked a hotel room to sleep for a few hours. The receptionist at this property was AMAZING! She was so kind and had a bagged breakfast for us in the very early morning - I wish I got her name! She is the best! "

"Our stay at the Hampton Inn was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was so comfortable. It is a great location to JFK Airport. Their shuttle service to the airport and on-site parking made traveling from JFK very easy."

"Pros: The front desk was kind when we checked in and out. It felt clean. Cons: I did try to connect with the hotel during our stay, without hearing a response. Our cable kept going in and out, the phone to the front desk rang busy the entire night, the heating/cooling unit was constantly making noise through the night, at 8am a cart was being wheeled up and down the outer hall which was loud waking up customers which then led to someone screaming and swearing from their room for it to stop. ...

"I would rather post pictures. The bed was broken, so it was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The floor was un mopped and dirty. There were holes in the first set of comforters. I got a new set of comforters, and there were more holes. The curtains were dirty, like dingy with liquid on them. The lamb shades were broken. The carpet was peeling off of the wall cause they have that as base boarding it’s not much good. I can say at all bathroom was dirty. There was a feces stain on the toilet."

"Excellent service got my room key less than 5 minutes also excellent service with the driver to the hotel I would stay there again and recommend friends and family to stay there "
