"The location was easy to find using google maps. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. It's a short distance to downtown Durango. It had everything we needed. Friendly owner and easy process. Beautiful view. Will definitely be coming back. "

"Quite possibly the best stay we have ever experienced via Vrbo. The owners and property manager were amazing, very hospitable, gave some great advice on things to see and do in the area. The cabin is beautiful- pictures do it no justice at all! We will definitely be returning in the future if this property is still available. "

"Gorgeous, functional and spacious. Great for multiple guest groups with an upstairs bedroom, walk in closet with lots of cubes for stacking clothing, a beautiful en suite with huge shower, and a gorgeous view of the mountains from the windows. Also on this floor is the common area, easy to work in kitchen, long island to sit/stand/eat, and second story deck. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms, full bath and a common/tv area with two bunks too! "My husband, myself and our chihuahua (Maggie) spent 6 glorious nights at the cabin. We were fortunate enough to extend our stay when our other plans fell through. Shannon was so peaceful and gracious to make our stay so fabulous.If we come back to the area we will definitely be looking into this home away from home."

"Great location - beautiful view of the lake. Decorated beautifully - very nautical and cozy. Needs some love and care. Great to have grill but only 2 burners on it worked - which was okay. Couldn’t open a couple of windows due to screen torn and no screen on others but it was cool enough. Entry gate to the house needs fixing - wood rot but easily fixable - but made entry and departure a tad challenging. Would definitely rent again! "

"An amazing home at the end of the street which offered a wonderful view of the river. It had the feel of being all alone in paradise. The layout of the home was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The home was clean, my only complaint was it had several spider webs by TV and fireplace and I am terrified of spiders."
