"Something I don't think is clear enough, The rooms are inside a restaurant. We stayed in one of the two rooms inside the building (it looks like there were additional tents on the property). The staff were friendly and helpful, we were provided our welcome drink upon arrival and able to check in early. "I really liked this place! We had the largest room — very clean, neat, and comfortable. The room has a sliding door that opens to a small private patio and swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The only issue was the shower water temperature — it didn’t stay consistent and would fluctuate between very hot and cold. Other than that, great reception, excellent breakfast, easy parking, and very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend!"

"We loved our stay here. Our room had plenty of space, it was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and there was great seating in front and back of our unit. We saw macaws, tucans and squirrel monkeys from the front and back patio areas! What a treat. "

"Nice clean place with friendly staff, with a pool by the forest, a quiet spot for yoga/meditation/massage, and paths in the forest where we saw squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys and scarlet macaws. The pool has a few missing tiles but, apart from that minor thing, everything else was nicely kept and clean."

"We really enjoyed our stay at La Colina. Natasha is doing a great job with her business and is so easy to communicate with. The food is delicious and it was close to everything. The only downside is the slippery high ascending stairs. Your legs and arms get a workout from carrying luggage and/or a baby. Would come back again and will continue to sing their praises. "

"Good location with nice swimming pool surrounded by trees, where you can see monkeys, toucan etc. Rooms are a bit outdated with old shower cap and old airco (not very effective by 35 degrees outside). Breakfast was good, but no coffee or tea is included - for cup of coffee or tea you have to pay 2,5 USD and for extra slice of bread - 1,5 USD. "

"Beautiful room with a jungle like campus. Unfortunately parking was very difficult and required employee assistance each time. Elevator was broken, clean swimming pools decent breakfast. Friendly staff at the front desk. "

"We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms...
