"This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!"

"You walk down the back steps and you’re on the sand, what more could you ask for? Well, this place offers more. It was clean, comfortable and had pretty much all your need when away from home – and it had grill, which gets extra points in my book. Plus, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the arcades, shops and food. As advertised, the parking is tight, but we didn’t have an issue at all. Sean quickly responded to my questions. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"This is a prime location for relaxation, ocean views, and beach access. We had plenty of room and privacy for 2 adults, 2 tween boys, and our little dog. Rob is an excellent host and provided so many beach and vacation necessities. It made packing and enjoying our time a breeze. I would have booked a second trip back this summer if it wasn’t already sold out! I can’t say enough good things. Thank you!!!!"

"Facilities were very clean and the whole house was very comfortable and a great end to the day for the crew. They were doing a very large job, and being able to stay in the area and have a nice place was paramount. Thank you!!"

"This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay."

"We had a wonderful 3-day stay in a great property that was perfectly located for usWe were quite surprised however to discover that the pictures out the windows are taken from an angle that hides the fact that you are underneath the deck looking out of the window The pictures also hide the fact that if you are over 5' 11'' and a half you're going to hit your head going into one of the bedrooms and where someone hung a light near the dining room table but not over it.This sounds worse than it is...

"We were in for the 5k/Half Marathon. Check in was easy. Location was perfect (everything is walking distance). There were 7 of us and plenty of room. Games were played.Puzzles were put together. Sat on the back deck for breakfast. Full dinner in the dining room. We were able to get a late checkout so we could shower after the race."
