"The first person we dealt with at check in was awful. He gave us a room where the door didn't lock, the phone didn't work and it only had one bed. He said that we had to pay more for another room so we reached out to our Expedia booking agent.Expedia sent us back down to the desk where another desk agent happily and quickly and apologetically gave us a new room. "Clean place, we'll looked after - felt more like a home away from home. West Kelowna is not my first choice when in the Okanagan, but the overall relaxing vibe of the unit and facilities helped make up for it. Host communicates well, everything was described well and my opinions seem to mirror others that have reviewed this place. I would certainly come back, my only suggestion is facecloths and pool towels (lol) - perhaps I missed them. Thank you for the great stay, we will certainly be back."

"The suite was clean and the bed comfortable. For our purposes, there was everything we needed in the kitchen for food prep. This said, both the suite and grounds could do with a bit of TLC. The lighting was poor, making the suite really dark. It was a challenge using the bathroom mirror to apply make-up. Lastly, it would be a nice touch to have a small welcome note and perhaps a couple of bottles of water. "

The open floor plan gave us plenty of space to unwind after exploring, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast and packing lunches for hikes and beach days.
