"I've never stayed in this hotel. The area seems safe. If you are traveling as a single female. There are a few places to eat very close by within walking distance. The breakfast is severely lacking. There's no oatmeal and no bagels. The coffee they offer is lackluster at best. I found hair in my shower but the rest of the room appeared clean. "There is a nice field to walk the pet and they do have a Pet Bags/Trash place to put the bags after you clean up after your pet. I was only there late overnight. The room was clean and fine. The basic hotel room but I felt safe. "

"Staff were great. Breakfast was in the restaurant downstairs, but lots of options and you get a voucher for breakfast. Shower was hot, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Close to everything with regards to shopping, restaurants, and even some walking/hiking. Would stay again"

"Staff was so pleasant and helpful, my room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is conveniently just off the highway with easy access to amenities. The only downside is the very thin walls. I could hear everything from the hall, room next door and the stomping upstairs as well as the traffic outside. "

"Beautiful and comfortable room, which was very quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Our only issue was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that did not work. The front desk put in an immediate request for maintenance to fix it. Other than that, it was a perfect day."

"The beauty of the property to begin with. Old world charm but modernized without detracting from the original character. The grand mailbox, each floor having a mailbox which directly connects with and is fed by gravity to the “grand” collection box on the ground floor! Beautiful! The basement pool is a spectacle to behold! The beauty along with the perfect water temperature provided a perfect ending to our evening!"

"Restaurants were nearby and there was plenty of room to walk my dog. The staff was efficient and pleasant. The room felt humid to me. Some maintenance leftovers are sitting around in the back of the property. Overall, nice place to stay but needs some TLC."

"Everyone who works at this hotel is friendly, helpful, and good at their jobs. While the listing on Hotels.com says they offer a free Continental breakfast, I was delighted to find it included bacon, eggs, and sausage and an elderly server who was very friendly and was constantly in motion checking and replacing different foods that were running low. In short, everyone at this place is gracious, friendly, competent, and CARES!!!"

"The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. They supplied enough towels. The breakfast bar had variety. It was quiet for us, but we had a 2 year old that is very boisterous and likes to dance so I don't know if that bothered anyone around us or below us."

"What a great spot! The owners/front desk are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spotless, beds comfy, and it was quiet - icing on the cake is that it’s affordable and Dunkin’ Donuts is next door. Could not ask for more :) "

"This is not the best hotel I've stayed, but it IS the best in this price range. Super nice reception, and the room was spartan but very clean and correct. I stayed here as a pause in the middle of a long trip, and slept great. Also, there's a remarkable, higher-end restaurant nearby, Vault & Cellar, which was a welcome break from the drive. I'll stay here every time I make this trip. "

"The staff was so welcoming! It was so nice to have a friendly greeting after driving so far! The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. The location was good for going out for dinner in an unfamiliar area and being able to get in and out of the parking lot easily. I felt very safe. "
