"The room was great. We had 3 kids with us. We asked for bedding for the pull out and extra blankets. We also needed 3 more towels. The desk person looked put out and bothered...a little rude... but she did five us what we requested. The rest of our stay was perfect. The breakfast was top notch."

"We decided last minute to start our family vacation early. So that put us in Winchester at 2:00am. I made the reservation before we left our house. I was afraid it would be past check in. But the staff were super understanding and friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious the next morning. And the 12:00pm check out was great we could sleep in little and not worry about rushing around. "Check-in was fast and the staff for my entire day were wonderful. The room was much larger than anticipated. Everything was clean and comfortable. I felt very safe even walking my dog at night. It was a very convenient location for me. It was near the highway and there were several restaurants/food options nearby."
