• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

Love this Condo!

We had a great stay and the condo is great! Beautiful view and great location. Everything as advertised. All updated and was very well stocked - extra blankets, dishes, seaonings, etc. We had a wonderful time! We also had great communication with the manager about a couple of questions. Quiet Retreat in East Vail

It was worth dragging luggage up a couple of flights of stairs--unit was clean, lovely view, highway noise a constant as is the case in much of Vail. We were not in the unit enough to use the pool or explore the property, but definitely would stay again. Appreciated the layout of the bedrooms.

Clean modern cozy spot

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, renovated condo, kitchen and bathrooms are updated and well equipped. Nice views of the mountains from the living room. Large gas fireplace. The hot tub was a nice finish to a long ski day. Good communication, if staying in East vail would recommend!

Fantastic Stay!

The place was fantastic... Everything that was detailed in the Property Info was accurate and there were no curveballs. Be careful in the parking lot as it was very icy when we were there and saw a handful of cars hydroplane. Other than that, 10/10!

Nice place!

The condo was clean and had tons of natural light and great views of the valley. It was close to the pool and an easy drive in to Vail Village. Our only complaint is that the pillows and sheets were very low quality. We recommend bringing your own if you can unless owner upgrades.

We loved staying in East Vail, away from the busy Vail Village & Lionshead area. The balcony overlooking the Gore River was a favorite spot. Super clean & well appointed condo. I highly recommend this place!

Family trip

This is a great spot to stay and ski vail! The condo is clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gas fireplace! The shuttle is very easy to grab, and takes about 20 mins to get to the transportation center. Then it’s a quick walk to the gondola. We kept a basket with our boots and checked our skis with vail sports. That was a lifesaver! Definitely recommend doing that. You don’t really need a car, you can take the vail express from Denver. But we did rent a car. We called Berkshire Hathaway and had them deliver dishwasher pods, that was the only thing missing. They came promptly, and were very nice. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars!! Thx

Very nice property. Unable to use hot tub cuz it was cold. It is on the third floor with no elevator so keep that in mind. Not a problem if in normal shape. Kitchen well stocked, King bed very comfortable. Would do it again!

Overall a good trip

The property is nicely located in East Vail with easy access to Vail and the surrounding area. While you can see I-70 from the deck, it really didn't distract from our experience. A couple things to note. There were some maintenance items that I'm surprised the property management company hadn't addressed prior to our stay and the failed to call during the stay to tell us that they were coming in the next day to move something from the common area.
